This is the most easiest cake that can be made. You can use any biscuits of your choice and if using biscoff make it vegan by using vegan milk. It is so nice that I didn’t get chance to take photos. A must try recipe

Preheat oven to 160 degree C(fan oven)
Blitz the biscuits in food processor to fine crumbs. Add in baking powder and mix well. Add milk little at a time and make batter. - 2
Line a cake tin with greaseproof paper and pour the batter in the tin. Tap it couple of times. Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes. Check the cake with toothpick if its baked. If it doesn’t come out clean bake for few more minutes.

Let it cool and pour biscoff spread on top if preferred. Let it set in the fridge for an hour or so if using biscoff spread.
