Rinse the Roselle, set aside. Bring the water to boil over the medium high heat, add the Roselle boil over the medium low heat for 20 minutes. Scoop them out, add sugar and salt stir to dissolve it. Turn off the stove. Allow it to cool down. Ready to serve with ice cubes.
