Ingredients

  • 600 gturnip
  • 150 gwater
  • 6 gSalt
  • 10 gsugar
  • 6 gChicken stock
  • 3 gpepper
  • 150 grice flour
  • 150 gwater
  • 2Chinese sausage
  • 30 glard
  • 30 gshallot

Steps

  1. 1

    Steam Chinese sausage for 10 min

  2. 2

    Boil stripped turnip with water, salt, sugar, chicken stock, pepper for 10 min

  3. 3

    Fried lard, shallot, diced Chinese sausage

  4. 4

    Add water and rice flour. Mix with boiled turnip

  5. 5

    Steam in high heat for 35 min
