Cooking Instructions

Heat Oil,add onions and fry until color changes

Now add g.g paste and saute for a while

Add tomato puree and mix well

Add all spices and bonify masala

Boil daal chana and remove the white cloudy part. strain

Now add dal chana in masala mixture and bonify
- 7
Add water and cook for 10 minutes in pressure cooker.

Add more water if needed. otherwise spread coriander leaves and green chillies and serve with chapati or paratha
