  • Frozen Ripe banana
  • 1/3-1/2 cupmilk
  • Flavour(optional)

    Put 2 frozen banana in belnder

  2. 2

    Blend it first until being small particle

  3. 3

    Add milk and flavour in, in my case I use instant cofee. Continue blending for 20-35 sec

  4. 4

    Done!
