Cut cauliflower into small pieces

Steam cauliflower until it can be fork easily

Drain water completely

Allow cauliflower to cool until they can be handled without burning fingers

Place softened cauliflower into towel and wring out water. The less water remaining the better. Should form a dough appearance in towel

Stir in remaining ingredients with spatula
