Mix all masalay and ginger garlic,makai aata,dhania, green chillies and eggs in qeema and mix very well with hands keep covered in fridge.

Before frying take out qeema mix all onions,green chilles, tomatoes, dhania in it again mix well.Jesay aata goundhte hain esay qeemay ko Karen

Put tawa on stove with oil, Grease hands make ball of qeema and flatten it and put on tawa, make all and fry in batches in medium low flame. When one side is cooked and brown turn them and cook till done.

Mazedar chapali kababs ready to be served hot with fresh salad,chutney, raita and naan.
