Spiced Creamy Chicken and Rice

Cube chicken into 1 inch chuncks

Cook 3 cups rice, I use a rice maker, so just make it like you would always do, if you use microwave rice then cook just before Chicken is done

Put chicken into pot with broth, cover and heat on low/medium until fully cooked and tender
Turn down to simmer

Drain liquid from pot, leaving about 1/2 cup in

Add butter

Add cream cheese.
* replace with yogurt if you'd like - 7
Add heavy cream
* replace with whole milk or coconut milk if you'd like - 8
When it's mixed and smooth add all the seasonings
* add more to fit your flavor - 9
Mix in honey and simmer for a few minutes

Plate with a vegetable if you'd like, I usually have avocado or broccoli
