Wanted to do and try something different than the usual red sauce joes. So i decided to take my Philly Steak and turn it into a sloppy joe and let me say even my pickiest niece even ate all hers 😊

Ingredients

4-6 servings
  1. 3lbs. Ground Beef
  2. 1Yellow Onion, diced
  3. 1Green Pepper, diced
  4. 3Tbsps. Garlic Powder
  5. 2Tbsps. Onion Powder
  6. 1/8-1/4 C.A1 Steak Sauce
  7. 2-3Heaping Tablespoons Mayo
  8. 2 C.Finely Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  9. Salt and Black Pepper, to taste

Cooking Instructions

35 min.

    In a large frying pan add the beef, onion, green pepper, and seasonings. Fry til meat is no longer pink and veggies are soft. Drain grease. To skillet add steak sauce, mayo, and 1 cup cheese. Stir to combine til everything is thoroughly combined and cheese is melted. Serve immediately on Hamburger buns with a little bit more cheese on top. Enjoy 😋💕.
