Wash rice 🍚, peas properly.

Cut potatoes in medium sized pieces

Fry medium sized pieces of paneer.

Take a pressure cooker and add oil in it till heated put cumin seeds in it when it becomes brown then add cloves, bay leaves 🍃,cardamom.

Add rice 🍚 and sotter it well.

Add potatoes, peas and paneer pieces in it.

Add all spices like red pepper 🌶 powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt 🧂 on it.

Stir it well.

Add glasses of water 💧 on it

Put lid on it and take a whistle.
Now off the flame 🔥 - 11
When it Cool down then open pressure cooker lid.
Take TAHRI in rice tray. - 12
Enjoy with BOONDI KA Raita, salad 🥗 or haradhania chutney 👩🍳🥘🧡😋😍🌻🌸🏵🌺🥀💐👌👍
