Ingredients

15-20 minutes
2 people
  • 10-12ivy gourd
  • 1 tspmustard
  • 1 tspTamarind water
  • 1-2red chilli
  • 1 tspjaggery
  • Water
  • Salt
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • Red chilli powder
  • 4-5curry leaves

Steps

15-20 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil ivygourd and chop into pieces

  2. 2

    Take kadai heat with 2tsp oil

  3. 3

    Add mustard,curry leaves, red chilli,turmeric

  4. 4

    Add water along with jaggery and Tamarind water, red chilli powder, salt and bring it to boil

  5. 5

    Add boiled ivygourd and mix it well.
