Bhindi Aloo Ki Sabzi

Wash bhindi properly and dry it. Cut bhindi in small pieces. Heat mustard oil properly in a wok at high flame. Switch off flame, let oil cool down, again heat the oil add cumin seeds, potato 1/2 tsp salt, saute well, cover the pan cook for 2 minutes on medium high flame or potato done.

Add bhindi, chopped green chilli, turmeric powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, coriander powder, mix well, cook for 2 minutes on medium high flame. Stir occasionally.

Add onion, try to cut bhindi & onion same size, garam masala, give it a good mix, cover the wok and cook for 2 minutes. stir it. Again cover the wok for 2 minutes on medium high flame.

Add salt as per taste, amchur powder, mix it well, cover the wok, switch off the flame. Transfer it in serving plate.

Bhindi Aloo is ready to serve, serve hot with chapati, paratha
