A classic Spanish tapa that's very easy and quick to make, especially if you use frozen peeled shrimp.

Thaw the shrimp in the refrigerator.

Slice the garlic cloves thinly.

Pour enough olive oil to cover the bottom of a skillet and heat it.

Add the garlic and chili peppers, and sauté until the garlic is lightly golden.

Add the well-drained shrimp, season with salt, and sauté for a few minutes.

Add the chopped parsley.

Serve immediately.
