  1. 12 ozfrozen peeled shrimp (about 350 grams)
  2. 2dried red chili peppers
  3. 6garlic cloves
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1 teaspoonchopped parsley (or to taste)
  6. Olive oil

    Thaw the shrimp in the refrigerator.

  2. 2

    Slice the garlic cloves thinly.

  3. 3

    Pour enough olive oil to cover the bottom of a skillet and heat it.

  4. 4

    Add the garlic and chili peppers, and sauté until the garlic is lightly golden.

  5. 5

    Add the well-drained shrimp, season with salt, and sauté for a few minutes.

  6. 6

    Add the chopped parsley.

  7. 7

    Serve immediately.
