Boil rice and set aside

Prep and clean your tomatoes and habanero pepper and onions, prep your ginger and garlic and blend all.

Sauté your blender pepper.

Pour groundnut oil into a pan and fry your pepper with maggi, salt and any other seasoning to taste. Add in your soy sauce(optional).

Wash your shrimp thoroughly and season with very little salt, maggi and dry pepper.

Fry your shrimp in 1-tbsp of groundnut oil.

Cut your cucumber, cabbage and green pepper into cubes or slices.

In a single bowl, add in your boiled rice, cucumber, cabbage, green pepper, fried pepper sauce and shrimp.
