Try to make simple homely Indian taste Fattuccine pasta
Steps

Take 1 cup all-purpose flour (maida) in bowl add 2tbsp sooji(semolina)powder and salt to taste and make soft dough,keep a side for 30min rest

After rest knead dough until it become smooth,make roti sheet and cut in long strips Fattuccine shape or speghattie shape,

Dust maida flour on every strips so that it will not sticks to each other,

Make large bowl water to boil and add salt and oil in it,once water start to boil add homemade pasta,fresh pasta cook very quickly be careful cook for 1-3 min.depending on thickness.and strain it keep a side

Add 2 tbsp butter,add capsicum,cheese,red chilli flakes,black pepper powder add fresh cooked pasta, coat pasta well, Toast it

Serve hot fresh cooked Fattuccine pasta.
