Steps

Preheat oven to 160 degree C.
Sieve flour and baking powder. Add cinnamon, pistachios, saffron and cashews. Mix well. - 2

In a blender jug add oil sugar and bananas and blitz it until all incorporated.
Transfer in a bowl. Add the flour gradually and mix well. Transfer batter in a greased or lined tin. Tap the tin. - 4
Bake for 40 minutes and check with a toothpick. It should come out clean. Let it cool completely before slicing.
