Maggi Masala Chole Chaat

Wash the chickpeas, soak them 4_5 hours, take them out and late them coole down.
Now grind all the ingredients to be put in the chaat.
Now add all the spspice to be put in it, Maggi Masala, chilli powder, turmeric, coriander garam masala cumin powder in a bowl, mix 2 spoons of water pour it. - 2
Now in a pan add 1 spoons of butter and 1/2 spoons of oil and add cumin seeds to it then cumin seeds will soften then add ground ginger then it will soften then add soaked spices and saute them 2_3 minutes then add chickpeas and mix.

Now after the chickpeas have cooled add chopped potatoes, onion, Raw mango, tomatoes, green chillies, coriander and spices to it and mix it.

So this is how your Maggi Masala Chole Chaat is prepared wich is very tasty and since Maggi Masala is everyone's favourite it will taste very good in the test, so now put it in a plate and make a paper cone like thela wale and it with onion, tomato,raw mango,and peanuts.
Sprinkle Maggi Masala and serve. - 5
