Steps
- 1
Wash n Sock the rice for 5 minutes.
Sock soya Potato pieces and peas in hot water. cut the onion and green chillies. - 2
In a pressure cooker add ghee, cumin seeds, Bay leaf and clove.let it splutter..add onion and green chillies..
Squeeze the soya from the water.
Also Remove potato and peas from the water, add in the cooker.. saute till it gets softened. - 3
Now add salt, chilli, turmeric powder, Pulav masala and enough water..
When Water starts boiling,add Sock rice, mix well and cook for 3 whistles.
When the cooker cools down, open and Serve in the serving bowl..
Add the curd of your desire..
