SPICY SOYA GRANULES with MATAR..
Steps

Firstly soak soya granules in boiling water for 1/2 hr.

Strain it, transfer it into normal water, soak it for 10 minutes. Strain it again, keep aside.

Take a pressure cooker, add oil, heat it. In goes whole garam masala, saute it for 10 sec.

Add onion now, stir fry it until pink.

Squeeze the keema with the help of a spoon, add in the masala, mix it well.

Now add ginger garlic, saute it until rawness is released.

In goes haldi powder, dhania powder & red chilli powder,mix it well.

Add great chilli & salt now, mix it well. In goes matar, stir fry it for 2 minutes.

Now add fresh cream & coconut milk, stir fry it for 2 minutes.

Add in garam masala powder & kasoori methi powder, stir fry it for a minute.

Now add 1 cup water, place the lid, give 4 whistles on high flame.

Lower the flame, cook it for 5 minutes. Turn off the flame. Allow it to depressurise naturally. Open the lid after 5 minutes.

Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta. Can be served along with Roti or Paratha...
