Milkybar pancake Paniyaram

These are the ingredients needed. Add the cocoa powder, pancake mix in a broad vessel.

Mix the dry ingredients well and then add water slowly and make a semi thick batter. Keep room temperature butter ready.

Grease the paniyaram pan with butter and keep the milkybar ready.

Now make small pieces of the milkybar, pour one spoon of the batter in each space of the pan, keep a piece of chocolate in between and cover that with another spoon of the batter.

Now cover and cook on slow flame. Filp and grease the paniyaram again with butter. Serve like that or with chocolate sauce.
Note it makes 14 appams.
