Heat oil in kadai & fry Pointed gourd pieces. Keep aside. Then add Cumin seeds, bay leaf, Cardamom & Cinnamon in oil. Fry Potatoes in it. Then add Cumin powder, turmeric powder, grated Coconut, green chillies & salt. Add a little water & fry altogether.

When oil separate from masala, add 2 cup of water in it. Boil it, then add fried Pointed gourd pieces. Cover & Cook it for 10 minutes in low flame. Add sugar.

When curry turns thick, add garam masala. It's done. Garnish with grated Coconut. Now delicious Coconut Pointed gourd Curry is ready to serve. Serve it with Rice or Roti.
