At first, put the poha in a strainer. Pour 3-4 glasses of water on it and wash properly. Tap the strainer to extract water from the poha. Leave it for 10-15 minutes. Keep aside. Turn on the flame and heat a kadhai. Add oil let it heat and add peanuts. Stir peanuts for 2-3 minutes on medium flame. Keep stirring. Take it out on a plate and keep it aside. In the same kadhai add mustard seeds, turmeric powder. Stir it. Add curry leaves, green chilli. Stir it.

Add capsicum and fry it till transparent. Add tomato and salt. Mix it well. Add all spices and mix well.

Now add poha and gently mix it. Add peanuts and coriander leaves. Mix everything well.

Then add lemon juice and mix everything well. Poha is ready now. Take it out in a plate. Serve hot with hot tea and enjoy..... 🥰🥰
