Cut the pointed gourd and paneer short.Then took the point ted gourd and carrot in oil.Then took the paneer in the oil.

Then add cumin seeds,red chilli,bay leaves.Then add the onion in the oil.When the onion is fried add turmeric powder,salt, cumin powder.Then add the spices.When the spices are cooked give pointed gourd,carrot and paneer.Then give water.If the gravy of broth is dense give pointed gourd,carrot and paneer.Then give ghee.

Pointed gourd and paneer curry is ready.
