Steps

First rinse the pulav rice or surti kolam rice and keep aside.
Then heat the cooker and add one serving spoon ghee. - 2
Then add cumin seeds, one clove, two black pepper, one clove. Then add chopped onion,chilli and tomato. Then add frozen peas.

After five minutes add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder garam masala and salt.
Mix nicely. - 4
Then add rinsed rice and roast three minutes.

Add one serving spoon curd and half tsp biryani masala in it. Mix every thing nicely

Then add water as per need or two glass. Close the vessel.Then cook upto two whistle in in sim flame and turn off the gas.

After three minutes, open the lid of cooker and garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot.😊
