In a pan, add 2 tb mustard oil, add 1/2 tb salt and heat for few minutes by covering the lid

Add cumin seeds, methi dana, hing, saunf and mustard seeds

Cook the masala properly for 2-3 min

Add 1/2 tb ginger paste and mix

Add pumpkin cubes

Mix gently

Add turmeric powder, red chilli, coriander powder, salt

Cover and cook for 10 min at low flame

Check if pumpkin is properly cooked

Add sugar and mix properly

Add amchoor powder and coriander leaves

Ready to serve
