Ingredients

  1. 4 cupslightly packed Fresh Basil
  2. 1/2 cupgrated Locatelli Parmesan
  3. 1/3 cupshelled Pistachios
  4. 1/2Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  5. 2Garlic Cloves
  6. Fresh Lemon Juice
  7. Salt & Red Pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Wash basil throughly and remove leaves from stems

  2. 2

    Boil water with sea salt, add pasta of choice

  3. 3

    At once, combine basil, oil, garlic, cheese, pistachios and seasonings in blender. (If pistachios are salted don’t add more salt) Blend til smooth

  4. 4

    Transfer mixture into pan over low heat. Add in pasta when it is almost al dente, combine with pasta water to create a creamy consistency

  5. 5

    Plate and top with fresh basil. Enjoy!
