Chopped all dry fruits. Pour some ghee in a hot wok. When ghee melts roast the dry fruits in a 4 minutes on low flame.

In a pan add in 1tsp ghee and add in chopped khajur and let it roast for some while. Dry roast the poppy seeds for 2 minutes on low flame.

Once poppy seeds become fragrant and dates Roasted dry fruits and cardamom to it. Keep the flame on low and mix all the ingredients thoroughly. Then turn off the flame.

Then transfer the mixture in an aluminum tray and then let it cool. Your khajur paak is ready to serve.
