Ingredients

  1. Sweet potatoes (canned or fresh)
  2. Pears (canned ok)
  3. 1 c.Evaporated milk
  4. 2 t.Vanilla
  5. 1/2 c.Brown sugar
  6. 4 T.Butter
  7. 1/2 t.Cinnamon
  8. Pinchnutmeg
  9. 2 t.oj
  10. 1 c.Chopped pecans

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook or heat sweet potatoes. Beat with mixer. Best pears. Add the 2 together.

  2. 2

    Stir in remaining ingredients

  3. 3

    Heat in 350 oven for about 15 minutes. T
