Ingredients

  • Sweet potatoes (canned or fresh)
  • Pears (canned ok)
  • 1 c.Evaporated milk
  • 2 t.Vanilla
  • 1/2 c.Brown sugar
  • 4 T.Butter
  • 1/2 t.Cinnamon
  • Pinchnutmeg
  • 2 t.oj
  • 1 c.Chopped pecans

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook or heat sweet potatoes. Beat with mixer. Best pears. Add the 2 together.

  2. 2

    Stir in remaining ingredients

  3. 3

    Heat in 350 oven for about 15 minutes. T
