Ingredients

  • 50 gMentaiko(salted spicy fish egg)or Tarako(salted fish egg)
  • 15 cmgreen spring onion
  • 1 tablespoonmayonnaise
  • 1 pack (30 pieces)Wantan

Steps

    This is Wantan

    Chop spring onion finely

    Mix Mentaiko, spring onion and mayonnaise

    Put Mentaiko mixture (1/2 teaspoon) on center

    Put water on the edges of Wantan and fold

    Fry in 1cm deep oil till good brown
