I was baking a regular red velvet box cake and I wanted it spice it up a bit in create something new that my little sisters and their friends would love in this is how I came up with this idea. If I knew that everyone was going to enjoy it as much as they did I would have done better with the presentation.

What a beautiful dessert for weekend? Friends will coming over, my hubby said for dinner will be an American food. Try to figure out what should I make for dessert. Some light dessert to end the dinner. When I saw couples mangoes laying on the counter top, then my choice is to make mini Mango Cheesecake. Since we loved cheesecakes.

My go too fruit dip. Too good not to share. I keep everything on hand to make this because its a regular in my house… so easy, good for any time of the year. Skip the over price store dips this is a keeper recipe. I like to make a fruit tray with this dip for bbq/ cook outs , even holiday parties/ get together. Always a big hit and none left.
