First of all dry roast the Murmura in a big kadai. Take it out in a big vessel. Now heat oil in the same kadai and fry all the urad papad in it.

Now add turmeric powder to the hot oil in the same kadai on medium gas flame and mix it and immediately add the roasted murmura and salt and mix it well.

Then turn off the gas flame and add red chilli powder to this mixture and mix well. Now take out this murmura in a big vessel, crushed fried papad into pieces and add besan sev and mix well.

Now add kashmiri red chili powder to this murmura papad chavanu. Don't mix thus red chilli powder in Murmura.

Now we will tempering. For this, heat oil in a mini pan and immediately turn off the flame, add asafoetida, turmeric powder and lemon citric seeds and mix well.

Now pour this tempering on top of the chavanu with Kashmiri red chili powder and mix immediately. Now add powdered sugar to this and mix well.

Now our very tasty and spicy Khambhat Famous Papad Chavanu is ready to serve. This chavanu can be stored in an air tight container for 15 days.
