Mix Vegetable Rice
Sunday easy lunch.
Vegetable rice/pulav with Tadka Raita.
Steps

Cut the veggies and wash them
Cut the onion and tomato.
Wash and sock rice in the water. - 2
In a pressure cooker add oil and ghee.adf Cumin seeds, cinnamon, Black pepper, cloves, Curry leaves and Asafoetida.
Now add Julienne cut onion and chilli garlic ginger paste, followed by tomato pieces, sauté till the tomato gets softened..
Add salt, chilli and turmeric powder.add little water and mix it. - 3
Now add veggies and sock rice, mix with masala.
Add water, let the water boil then close the lid and cook till 3 whistles. - 4
Let the cooker cool down completely.
Remove the rice in the bowl.
Serve with raita and enjoy Sunday lunch..👍🏻👌😋
