Wipe a sabudana with cotton cloth and grind it,
Make smooth flour.sieve it.
Add salt, pepper powder and Fresh coriander.
Now add little by little water and knead the soft dough.
Cover it and Give rest for 10 minutes. - 2
In the meantime crush the Fresh peas in the chilli cutter.
Take oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.let it crackle.
Now add crushed peas,salt, chilli garlic ginger paste.
Mix well.now add besan and roast it.add fresh coriander and lemon juice,let it cook for another 5 minutes.
When the mixture is ready, transfer it to the plate and let it cool down.
Then make the Equal size balls. - 3
After resting,Knead the Sabudana dough again, take the small portion,flatten the dough in the palm,
Put one peas masala ball in the dough and cover it.make a round shape, then flatten it a bit. - 4
Heat the oil in a flat pan and shallow fry the tikkis until it changes the colour in light brown.
Remove them in kitchen paper to absorb extra oil.
Now serve the peas and Sabudana tikki with green chutney and enjoy a tea time snack..😋👌👍🏻 - 5
