1 tbsCoriander powder
1 cupCoriander fresh
300 mlwater
3 tbsoil
500 gmince Molokhia (jew's mallow)

Put water in a pot and heat it gently
Put molokhia in it and shake it to one side comfortably

On the other side, add oil in a pan and fry garlic coriander leaves coriander powder
After the garlic and coriander leaves are fried, add them to the molokhia and stir for a while then keep aside
