Cooking Instructions

Soak liver in milk 2 hours, rinse, dry, cut in bite size pieces.

Stir fry onions and garlic on medium heat in sesame oil till onions are translucent. Add hard vegetables, ginger and carrot and stir fry till all dente. Then heat soft vegetables, peppers, tomato, cabbage. Taste hardest vegetable as a test.

When done, turn up heat, add liver, stir fry 2 minutes in wok, add soy sauce/mirin wine mix, stirfry 2 more minutes.

Serve cooking juices over cooked turmeric rice with stirfried lamb liver dinner. Optional garnish with chopped green chive.
