Pomegranate masala mocktail

In a small saucer combine chilli powder, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 teaspoon cumin powder and set aside.

Rub lemon juice on rim of glasses (3) and coat the rim with the prepared spice mix.

In a blender jug add the pomegranate, orange, mint leaves, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, black salt, to taste sugar, amchur powder, chaat masala and water and blend to a smooth puree.

Sieve the puree and pour the juice into the prepare glasses.

Serve immediately.
