Buffalo-Style Spicy Chicken

Make Buffalo wings easily with Tabasco sauce♪
The story behind this recipe
I always found it quite challenging to make Buffalo wing sauce from scratch, so I often ended up buying store-bought sauce. This time, I tried using juice, and it turned out to be simple and delicious.

Steps
- 1
Pat the chicken dry with paper towels, then fry until golden brown.
- 2
While frying, mix the juice and Tabasco to make the marinade. It will taste quite spicy at this stage!
- 3
Once the chicken is golden brown, transfer it directly from the frying oil into the marinade. Let it soak for at least 30 minutes.
- 4
Remove the chicken from the marinade, arrange on a baking sheet, and bake in a 450°F oven or toaster oven until nicely browned.
- 5
You can freeze the marinade from step 3 and use it again, but try to use it as soon as possible.
