  1. 6.3 ozpork tenderloin block
  2. 1 pinchsalt
  3. as neededPotato starch,
  4. 1 teaspoonsugar
  5. 1 1/2 tablespoonsvinegar
  6. 1 1/2 tablespoonssoy sauce
  7. 1 1/2 tablespoonsmirin
  8. 2 teaspoonsvegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the pork tenderloin into slices about 1/2 inch thick, and pound them with the back of a knife until they are slightly larger.
