Try this with your favorite steamed Chinese bun!

My husband brought home some nikuman, so I decided to get creative with them.
Steps

Slice the steamed bun in half horizontally.

Heat the bun according to the package instructions, then spread mustard and drizzle with soy sauce.

Fold the slice of cheese inward about 1/2 inch (1 cm) on each of the four sides.

Place the folded cheese on the bun. Once it softens from the residual heat, sandwich the bun together and enjoy.
(The cheese will soften quickly.) - 5
Ketchup also goes well with meat buns!
