Microwave Mild Brothless Shin Ramyun

I love spicy food, but it can upset my stomach, so I reduce the heat and enjoy it with more broth flavor. I usually use Japanese-style dashi powder, but beef stock powder works well too.
Recipe background: I also have a skillet version of this recipe, but I wanted an even easier way, so I tried making it in the microwave.

Steps
- 1
Place the noodles, included dried vegetables, half the seasoning powder, dashi or beef stock powder, and water in a deep microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
- 2
Remove from the microwave, flip the noodles over, and microwave at 600W for another 2 minutes.
- 3
Loosen the noodles, top with cheese if desired, and microwave at 1000W for 1 1/2 minutes. Enjoy!
