Ingredients

1 hour 30 minutes
4 servings
  1. 1big onion chopped
  2. 3tomatoes, chopped
  3. 1/2 tspVinegar
  4. 1 tbspgaram masala
  5. 1/2 tbspcumin powder
  6. 1/2 tspred chili powder
  7. 1/3 tspturmeric powder
  8. As per tasteSalt
  9. 1 tbsp.Ginger garlic pasta
  10. As required oil
  11. 2Green chillies, cut in small
  12. 4eggs
  13. 1/2 cupWater

Steps

1 hour 30 minutes
  1. 1

    In a heavy bottom pan heat oil
    And sauté onions
    Till it becomes transparent

  2. 2

    Now add the tomato and green chilli sauté till tomatoes become soft and form like gravy

  3. 3

    Now add the ginger garlic pasta sauté them till well mix in to tomato gravy

  4. 4

    Now add the spice powder and salt

  5. 5

    Add some water to cook the gravy

  6. 6

    Now add the vinegar and sauté them

  7. 7

    Once the oil started to separate from the gravy adjust the salt

  8. 8

    Break open eggs in top of the gravy do not mix it
    Cover with lid and cook for 5 min or till the egg done

  9. 9

    Garnish with coriander and serve with bread or roti
