Steps

In a heavy bottom pan heat oil
And sauté onions
Till it becomes transparent - 2
Now add the tomato and green chilli sauté till tomatoes become soft and form like gravy

Now add the ginger garlic pasta sauté them till well mix in to tomato gravy

Now add the spice powder and salt

Add some water to cook the gravy

Now add the vinegar and sauté them

Once the oil started to separate from the gravy adjust the salt

Break open eggs in top of the gravy do not mix it
Cover with lid and cook for 5 min or till the egg done - 9
Garnish with coriander and serve with bread or roti
