Assemble all the ingredients after clean and wash the yellow mung dal and broken wheat rice and soak in water for 1 hour

Take a thick vessel for boiling loose khichadi as dhaba style and add water and little turmeric powder salt as per requirements cook for 20 mins after switch of the gas flame take it out in to serving bowl

Wash palak and blend into mixer as per shown in pic

Take a pan add oil and add ingredients for seasoning then add spinach pury and saute it then add khichadi and mix well keep it on slow flame till 5 mins after take it out in serving bowl

Palak khichadi is ready for serve
