Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Boil water then pour boiling water on your noodles. Leave in for about 10 minutes. Prepare your cheese mixture by mixing butter, sour cream and cream cheese in a bowl then set aside. Heat up oil in wok and sauce your garlic and onions.

Add the meat and sauce until it is brown and cooked. Add the red hotdogs then add the tomato paste and tomato sauce at same time and mix.

Cover and let it boil then simmer for 10 minutes mixing in between. Take your lasagna pan and add meat mixture on the bottom then add the lasagna noodles followed by another meat mixture and cheddar and cheese on top of it then put some of the cream cheese mixture on top of the cheese.

Lastly cover the top with one final layer of noodles and sprinkle more cheese on top of it. Place it in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
