  • 1 tbsppickle masala
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • 1 tbsplemon juice

    Took all ingredients.

    Peelthe carrot and cut it into small pieces.add salt, sugar, lemon juice in it. Add pickle masala and mix it well.

    Took oil, heat it well and cooled completely, then add it. Mix all ingredients well. Stored it in jar.
