Steps

Wash the parsley and chop it as finely as possible.

Dice the tomatoes into very small cubes (you can reduce the amount of tomatoes, but I like a lot).

Dice the onion into very small cubes, add black pepper and red chili pepper, and mix a little.

Mix the parsley, tomatoes, and onion, then add the mint after chopping it very finely.

Add the bulgur and dressing ingredients, mix, and serve. Enjoy!

Note: You can omit the bulgur and red chili pepper.
