Ingredients: ● For The Creams; 2 (8 oz) Packages Philadelphia Cream Cheese [room temp or warm]; 1/4 Cup Sour Cream; as needed Whole Milk [if needed for thinning into a dip]; ● For The Onions; 1/2 White Onion [fine chop]; 1/2 Red Onion [fine chop]; 1 LG Scallions [fine chop]; 1/4 Cup Chives [chopped]; 1/3 Cup Green Spring Onions [chopped]; 1 tsp Onion Powder; 1 tbsp Dried Green Chives [to be added upon final mixing]; 1/2 Packet Liptons Onion Soup Mix [w/dehydrated onions optional]; ● For The Additions; 1 tsp Fine Minced Garlic; 1/4 tsp White Pepper [to be added upon final mixing]; 1 Small Jalapeño [small chop added to pan]; as needed Whole Milk [to thin if desired]; as needed Butter; as needed Olive Oil

Since we're having a block party this weekend, my students were asked to create an original dip or spread. This was one of my favorites! Great work KC at only 8 years old! She also took her own photos!

2 (8 oz)Packages Philadelphia Cream Cheese [room temp or warm]
1/4 CupSour Cream
as neededWhole Milk [if needed for thinning into a dip]
● For The Onions
1/2White Onion [fine chop]
1/2Red Onion [fine chop]
1LG Scallions [fine chop]
1/4 CupChives [chopped]
1/3 CupGreen Spring Onions [chopped]
1 tspOnion Powder
1 tbspDried Green Chives [to be added upon final mixing]
1/2 PacketLiptons Onion Soup Mix [w/dehydrated onions optional]
● For The Additions
1 tspFine Minced Garlic
1/4 tspWhite Pepper [to be added upon final mixing]
1Small Jalapeño [small chop added to pan]
as neededWhole Milk [to thin if desired]
as neededButter
as neededOlive Oil

Chop all vegetables and add to pan. Add the 1/2 package of Lipton only if you want some serious onion flavor. If not, omit.

Sauté in butter and oil for 10 minutes.

Allow to cool and add to cream cheese and sour cream mixture. Mix well and chill. Add milk or extra sour cream if you'd like to thin spread for a dip.

Serve with fresh crispy onion bagels, various vegetables, thick chips or crackers. Enjoy!
