Ingredients

  • 200 gcooked beans (I used pinto)
  • 3 tbspNutcessity Gingerbread nut butter
  • 1orange
  • cinnamon
  • ginger
  • salt
  • 1 tbspmaple syrup

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel 3 segments from the orange and add to a blender with the beans, nut butter, salt, some orange zest, maple syrup and 3 tbsp water.

  2. 2

    Blend until smooth.

  3. 3

    Add to a new dish and sprinkle with the spices and a little more orange zest... :)
