Steps
- 1
Put all ingredients in a bowl and knead it into a ball. The dough has to be soft but not sticky
- 2
Wrap the dough in cling film and let it rest for 30 minutes
- 3
Divide it in 16 balls. Take a ball of dough and roll it out on a floured surface. You should make them as thin as possible
- 4
Place the pita bread in a non-stick pan (with no oil) and let it cook for 1-2 minutes until you see it rise.
- 5
Turn it over and cook it for another minute.
