Ingredients

  • 1/3 cupsliced pickled onion tops
    Pickled Onion Tops
  • 2 slicesBraunschweiger
  • 2 tablespoonsmayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoonyellow prepared mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoonstone ground mustard
  • 2 tablespoonsbutter
  • 2 slicesbread

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice the onion. Slice the Braunschweiger, and melt the butter in a skillet.

    Add the Braunschweiger and Sauté splashing the butter on top as it cooks. 2 minutes per side. When done move to a plate.

    Add the onions to the skillet and sauté for 3 minutes.

    Mix the mustards and mayonnaise. Add the mayonnaise mixture to the slices of bread.

    Stack the Braunschweiger and onions on the bread. Serve I hope you enjoy!!!
