First of all take brinjal and potato and wash thoroughly then cut into pieces now take vessel and add oil main tadka with the help of mustard seeds and then add masala which is made up by garlic and dry coconut.

Now add Kanda lahsun masala turmeric jeera dhaniya powder and salt mix it well then add chopped a pieces of brinjal and potato in it. Mix it well

Add one and half glass of water after boiling keep PAN on medium flame for next 20 minutes after 20 minutes check out that brinjal pieces are steamed or not then add crush to groundnut powder and again keep it for 5 minutes on low flame. Lastly add chopped coriander and then switch off the gas. To prepare Jawar roti for take two cup of Javar flour in flat plate and add water little bit and see the consistency of flour. With the help of hand make dough and make bhakri.
